The Ruxsil spray range consists of Release agents, Lubricants and Solvent/Foam Cleaners.
These products are widely used within casting release, foam slitting and electrical component maintenance.
We can supply these products directly under the Ruxsil name, or we can contract manufacture them under your own aerosol brand.

Ruxsil 105
Our most popular aerosol Ruxsil 105, predominantly used in the aerospace industry for casting release and cutter lubrication. It is a medium duty silicone based release agent for the plastic, rubber and casting industry.
It can also be used for similar release applications where a high temperature,
non-staining lubricant is required for example: as a lubricant for cutters in the foam converting industry or as a general purpose anti-stick to stop glue build-up. -
Ruxsil 305
Silicone 305 Release Agent is a heavy duty
release agent for the plastic, rubber and casting industries.
It can also be used for similar release applications where a high temperature,
non-staining lubricant is required for example: as a lubricant for cutters in the foam converting industry or as a general purpose anti-stick to stop glue build-up etc. -
Ruxsil NonSil 205
Non-Sil 200 is a wet release agent of medium duty for use in the plastics industry. Non-Sil 200 should be used when silicone sprays are
detrimental i.e. where post moulding operations are to be carried out such as painting or printing. -
Ruxsil Glass Cleaner
Our Glass Cleaner is ideal for all types of glass and mirrors. Will remove stubborn stains and finger prints to leave a streak free finish. -
Ruxsil IPA Component Cleaner
Component cleaner is formulated to clean electronic components, photocopier drums, corona wires, mirrors and optical lenses. It is ideal for removing dirt, dust and tape oxides from video and audio recording heads. Use this product on delicate PCB’s that may be attacked by harsh solvents. -
Ruxsil Antistatic Foam Cleaner
Antistatic foam cleaner is ideal for cleaning all office equipment like photocopiers, computers and printers. It can be used to clean both horizontal and vertical surfaces without excessive run off. The controlled foam break allows cleaning on contact. -
Ruxsil Protective Lubricant
Protective lubricant is the ideal maintenance kit in a can. It is a high performance, multi application fluid that has excellent de-watering and anti corrosion properties. It can be used to remove water from electrical equipment leaving a long lasting coating to prevent further moisture ingress. It penetrates, protects, and lubricates precision equipment. Removes light surface rust and is safe to use on plastic , rubber and paint.
