Toll Manufacture
Powder blending is carried out using ribbon blade mixers with
capacities 250kg. - 2000 kg. per batch, depending on powder
characteristics.
In addition we have custom built mixers and reaction vessels for special processes and can provide further ‘bespoke’ facilities if required. Grinding, milling and tabletting facilities are also available for finished products if required. Packaging of powder products from 5kg-1,000kg into polythene or paper sacks, boxes, polythene buckets, fibre or metal drums or intermediate bulk bags. Stitching or heat sealing is available. Smaller Pack weights in quantities of 100 - 60,000 units can be accommodated in a separate department. |
