The majority of our liquid production is carried out in our custom-built 15,000 square foot building which is equipped with a variety of mixing vessels and reactors.

These vary in size from 50-50,000 litres. Materials of construction include Polypropylene, Stainless Steel, Titanium and Glass-lined.

Facilities for heating, cooling, variable speed agitation, recirculation and pumping etc. are all available. Packaging of products 5-1,000 litres are carried out here, smaller pack sizes being catered for in our small pack department. Tanker loading of bulk product can also be undertaken with no problem, including in-line mixing direct from our bulk storage facility.

Our contract packing department has been in operation for 8 years and current packs as low as 25ml. are filled in quantities from 100-50,000 units.

Many products can be handled including gels, foamers, low viscosity and high hazard.
