We have a long standing commitment to quality management, gaining our first accreditation in 1987. We currently hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 accreditations covering quality, environment and occupational health & safety.

Customer formulation policy
Within our technical support remit, Rutpen offers a formulation service to our customers on request. Formulation requirements will be satisfied from information drawn from the experience of our technical staff and from the public domain, together with advice and assistance from a variety of known and approved knowledgeable sources. No confidential information will be used from existing, former or other prospective customers. We are pleased to sign non-disclosure agreements and have a standard form available on request.
We are committed as a responsible business to take care of our local environment on our manufacturing site and in our environmental footprint. This includes making every effort to take account of the environment in our decision making, as well as investing in appropriate facilities whenever possible. Examples of this approach include our investment in a Biomass Boiler and sending the waste output from our Solvent Recycling processing to a cement facility so that it is reused rather than sent to general waste.
